The actual shipping is subject to subject to production, inventory, and potential delays.
By placing an order, customers consent to DWARFLAB Store's ability to modify shipping times or cancel orders based on actual conditions. Any changes or cancellations will be promptly communicated to customers.

For orders shipping outside the EU, US, and UK, it's important to know that import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility as we only charge the transportation fee for your order. Please contact your country's customs office for information on any additional costs.

Please also note, our trade term is FOB China. After the goods are on board, the ownership of the goods is transferred to the consignee. And the consignee is responsible for customs clearance and submitting related materials. DWARFLAB is not responsible for any delays in delivery or non-receipt of goods caused by failures or errors in submitting the materials for customs clearance timely.

2. Do I have to pay import tax, duty tax and local taxes (VAT)?

Yes. For USA/EU/UK orders, these taxes will be charged before shipping. Others (except HK, Macao and China Mainland) depend on the shipping destination; consginee may make customs clearance and pay for duty/local taxes. If you're located in Brazil, kindly provide your CPF in the order's notes section to comply with customs requirements.

3. Will you mark my package as a gift so that I can avoid duty/VAT/import costs in my country?

Unfortunately, we're unable to do that as it is against the law and could affect DWARFLAB's future product exports.

4. In which currency will I be charged for DWARFLAB DWARF 3's order?

You will be charged with currency in your own country. Fees listed in USD will be automatically converted to your local currency according to the exchange rate. Such as American dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) or Sterling (GBP) or Polish Złoty(PLN)...

5. If I pre-order DWARFLAB DWARF 3, when will I be charged?

When you pre-order DWARF 3, we will require a full payment upfront. That way, you won't have to worry about payments when goods are ready to ship!

6. My destination is not listed above. How can I buy it?

If your destination is not listed, please contact support@dwarflab.com for details. We'll assess shipping options. Please also check with your local customs for smooth clearance.

7. Can I ship my order to a PO Box / APO / FPO address?

Sorry, we cannot ship to a PO Box / APO / FPO address.

8. Which courier will you use for shipping?

FedEx, USPS, DHL, UPS or Royal Mail.

9. How do I change my shipping address?

Send email to support@dwarflab.com about changing the shipping address if it's not shipped.

If your parcel has been shipped already, we will not be able to change your address and you will need to contact USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL/Royal Mail to amend your details. Please verify your address when placing orders.

10. Can I cancel my pre-order? How do I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel until we have shipped your order. Send email to support@dwarflab.com about canceling the order.
