If your parcel has been shipped already, we will not be able to change your address and you will need to contact USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL/Royal Mail to amend your details. Please verify your address when placing orders.
Yes. For USA/EU/UK orders, these taxes will be charged before shipping. Others (except HK, Macao and China Mainland) depend on the shipping destination; consginee may make customs clearance and pay for duty/local taxes.

DWARF 3 Inquiries
No. DWARF 3 uses a Wi-Fi network to communicate with your smartphone/tablet, but that doesn't mean it needs an Internet connection. When you install the App, simply turn on your WiFi and Blutooth and go to the DWARFLAB App to connect, your phone will be connected to the signal emitted by DWARF 3.
All you need for the Internet is to update the application and to upload the log.Please note that to continue browsing the Internet, you'll need to use your phone's Data (5G) network, as the Wi-Fi network will already be used by DWARF 3 or use Station mode (STA mode).
Yes, you can use cellular data while connecting to DWARF 3.
No, but there will be Atlas in the DWARFLAB App, users can get a glimpse of the full sky!
Although it's not designed for planets, DWARF 3 telescope will allow you to observe the Jupiter’s moons and distinguish the rings of Saturn.
Yes, the field of view for DWARF 3 is large enough to photograph the Milky Way and the max exposure for wide angle lens can be up to 30s.
To view and download files from the DWARF 3 without a laptop, connect your phone to the device using the Type C-C cable included in the kit. This will allow you to view and transfer files directly to your phone.
The DWARF 3 is compatible with any stand that has a 1/4"-20 UNC thread, which includes most camera tripods. The tripod from DWARF II is also suitable, ensuring stable and steady shooting.
DWARF 3 battery is tough and tested and keeps 80% power even after 4 years of regular use (fully charged & discharged twice a week). DWARF II Inquiries
The shape of the DWARF II is special. Because we use a periscope structure to lower the center of its gravity and enhance its stability. This structure makes DWARF II look different from other telescopes.
To get a comprehensive using experience, we recommend you ordering DWARF II Deluxe edition which contains an extra replaceable battery, a UHC filter, two ND solar filters and a filter adapter. But if you don't have enough budget, you can also try the starter kit Classic edition, and you can accessorize your DWARF II later when you need more accessories.
DWARF II single image has a long exposure time of 15 seconds.
Compared to a 35mm camera, the DWARF II's 100mm lens has an equivalent focal ratio of 675mm.

It consists of the following three steps: 1) Automatic calibration. DWARF II will automatically shoot 3 images of the sky, and based on these 3 images, the current attitude, tilt, and orientation of the DWARF II can be calculated. 2) GOTO. DWARF II integrates the star atlas, confirming the star to be observed, and it can read the coordinates of the star and point it directly. 3) Tracking. The trajectory of each star in the star atlas has been solved in DWARF II, allowing the star can be automatically tracked.
Based on the parameters of the camera, DWARF II is suitable for the DSOs whose angular size is above 15 arc minutes and the apparent magnitude is below 9, such as NGC2264, NGC5128, NGC6960, NGC1499, M6, M7, M8, M16, M17, M20, M41, M42, M44, M45, M81, M101, IC4604. As long as the cumulative exposure time is long enough and the sky tracking is stable, the weak signals of the nebula can be accumulated, and a variety of nebulae can be photographed.
Yes, DWARF II supports FITS & TIFF RAW fomat.
Yes, DWARF II supports maximum 18W USB type-C charging. And you can also use a USB power bank to charge DWARF II.

Step 1: Connect DWARF II to your windows computer with a USB-C cable; keep SD card in DWARF II.
Step 2: Turn DWARF II on and connect it to your phone. Go to Settings - Advanced Settings - MTP Mode and enable MTP mode.
Step 3: On your computer, click on "This PC" or "My Computer," then select DWARF II and access the "MTP" folder to view and edit all files.
*Notes：
- Media Transfer Protocol (MTP) is a standard developed for connecting media devices and smartphones over USB. So it is a mode for you to use Dwarf thru your Windows computer/laptop.
- Make sure there is a memory card inserted into DWARF II already. Without it, do not add any files to this folder, as it may consume the system space and cause lag or malfunction.
-When the memory card is full, feel free to format it. Some necessary shooting data, including dark frames, are already backed up in Scope and won't affect your photography.
-Insert the memory card before powering on, as the card reading process only occurs during startup. Inserting the card after booting up may result in the photo gallery displaying no content. Restarting can resolve this issue.

You can find the DWARFLAB app on iOS app store or Google Play. About the latest app version, you can check our app updates here.

1) Turn on DWARF II, open the app, and click on the photo button.
2) Open WiFi and Bluetooth.
3) Select the name of DWARF II to connect.
4) Once the connection is successful, the camera's view will be displayed.
