How to Modify My Order?

How to upgrade my order package to Deluxe Kit? Can my two orders be shipped together to save shipping costs? What should I do if I bought the wrong accessories? This article will help you understand how to modify your order.

1. I bought the DWARF II Classic Edition, and how can I upgrade to Deluxe Edition?

Method 1 (recommended): Place another order to buy Deluxe Edition, and contact us to cancel and refund the Classic Edition order.
Method 2: Place another order to buy accessories only included in Deluxe Edition, and contact us to refund the price difference. Your two orders will be shipped separately. The accessories you need to buy are as follows:
Two ND Filters, one UHC filter, one filter adapter, and one battery.

 

2. I bought DWARF II and accessories in different orders. Will they be shipped together?

Those accessory orders placed before November 19th can be shipped together with their DWARF II packages.
Those accessory orders placed after November 19th will be shipped separately from DWARF II Orders. Free shipping on an accessory order over $129. Or you will be charged $18 for the accessory order shipment.

 

3. How to change one or some accessories to other accessories in my order?

Method 1 (recommended): Replace a new order to buy the accessories (and DWARF II) you want, and contact us to cancel and refund the previous order.
Method 2: Contact us to remove the accessory you don't want in your order and get a partial refund, and place a new order to buy the accessory you want.
